Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes – we’re happy to cater for a range of dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free options. Please let us know your requirements when ordering so we can best accommodate your needs.
Do your coffee shops cater for dietary requirements?
Yes, please ask our staff for full details in our coffee shops.
Do you offer alternative milk options in the coffee shops?
We do! Our coffee shops offer alternative milk options so everyone can enjoy their favourite coffee just the way they like it.
How much notice do you need for graze boxes, afternoon teas or picnic boxes?
We ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for graze boxes, afternoon teas, picnic boxes and other shop orders where possible. For larger catering bookings, additional notice may be required.
Where can I collect shop orders from?
Collection for shop orders is available free of charge from our Llanishen Leisure Centre location.
Do you offer delivery for shop items?
Yes – delivery is available across selected areas for an additional charge. Delivery fees may vary depending on location and order size.
What areas do you cover for catering?
We provide catering across Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan and wider South Wales for events, celebrations, corporate catering and special occasions.
Can catering be tailored to my event or theme?
Absolutely! We love creating bespoke catering setups and can tailor food, colours and styling to suit your event, celebration or business branding.
Do you cater for corporate events and workplaces?
Yes – we cater for meetings, conferences, workplace lunches, corporate events and in-house catering setups, with flexible options including breakfast, brunch, lunch, hot food and canapés.
Do I need to be a leisure centre member to visit the coffee shops?
Not at all! Both our Llanishen and Western Leisure Centre coffee shops are open to everyone – you do not need to be a member to visit

We cater for a wide range of occasions including weddings, celebrations of life, children’s parties, corporate events, birthdays, baby showers, brunches and private gatherings
